100 Days of Running Every Day

“100 Days of Running Every Day.”
On March 2nd, while traveling to and from an away match in Daejeon, I was reading a book about habits. And a thought suddenly came to mind.
“If I simply cut down a few unnecessary activities and habits that consume my day, I could probably exercise every day.”
March 3rd.
What began with a simple question—“Can I really do this?”—has now reached its 100th day.
As 2026 began, I worked hard to find my direction, but it was not easy.
Yet perhaps I have made it this far because of the gratitude of being able to run every day, three months without alcohol, and the precious people with whom I continue to stay in touch and share my life.
This is not about making promises for 200 days, or 300 days.
Instead, today I remind myself that:
“If you start, you can see it through to the end.”
Holding on to that thought, I look forward to tomorrow, and to facing the many challenges ahead with wisdom.
Let’s run!
