The Second Half Begins

“The Second Half Begins.”

Half the year has now passed, leaving behind its footprints.

A moment to look back and see what has changed.

If I keep living one day at a time, perhaps before I know it, autumn will be here.

And when it does,

I hope I can simply smile and say,

“I spent it well.”
